1. Definitions
- "TicketsPlz", "we", "us", "our"
- TicketsPlz.co.uk.
- "User"
- Any person using the Platform.
- "Customer"
- A User who purchases tickets.
- "Organiser"
- A User who creates, promotes, or sells tickets for events.
- "Event"
- Any live, virtual, or hybrid event listed on the Platform.
- "Ticket"
- A digital or electronic entry pass issued via TicketsPlz.
- "Booking Fee"
- The non-refundable platform service charge.
- "Stripe" / "Stripe Connect"
- Third-party payment processor used for payments and payouts.
2. Role of TicketsPlz
- We do not organise, host, manage, or control events.
- The contract for attendance exists solely between the Customer and the Organiser.
- TicketsPlz acts as a commercial agent and payment facilitator.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any event.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Users
- Be 18 years or older.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
3.2 Organisers
- Complete identity and business verification.
- Provide valid payout details.
- Comply with Stripe’s Connected Account requirements.
4. Ticket Purchases
4.1 Formation of Contract
- Payment is successfully completed, and
- A confirmation email or digital ticket is issued.
4.2 Ticket Format
- QR codes
- Digital passes
- PDF or mobile tickets
5. Pricing, Fees & Payments
5.1 Pricing
- Ticket prices are set by Organisers.
- All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
5.2 Booking Fees
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Booking fees cover platform operation and processing costs.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
6.1 Customer Refunds
- Refunds are governed by the Organiser’s refund policy.
- TicketsPlz booking fees are non-refundable.
- Stripe processing fees are not refunded unless legally required.
6.2 Event Cancellation
- The Organiser is responsible for refunds.
- TicketsPlz may assist but is not liable.
6.3 Postponed Events
Tickets may remain valid for rescheduled dates unless stated otherwise.
6.4 Partial Refunds
Where supported, Organisers may refund some tickets from an order, but not partial ticket values.
7. Organiser Payouts
7.1 Payout Timing
- Default payout: 5 days after the event.
- Earlier payouts may be offered to trusted Organisers.
- New or high-risk Organisers may have extended payout periods.
7.2 Risk & Compliance
- Delay payouts
- Withhold funds
- Request further verification
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers must contact the Organiser first.
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Organisers are financially responsible for chargebacks and disputes.
9. Resale & Transfers
Unless explicitly permitted:
- Tickets may not be resold for profit.
- Tickets obtained through unauthorised resale may be invalidated.
- Entry may be refused.
10. Event Entry & Conduct
- Entry is subject to venue rules.
- Organisers may refuse entry for safety or legal reasons.
- TicketsPlz is not responsible for denied entry due to breaches of venue policies.
11. User Conduct
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Misrepresent events.
- Upload misleading or harmful content.
- Interfere with platform security or operations.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and software remain the intellectual property of TicketsPlz or its licensors.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with:
- UK GDPR
- Data Protection Act 2018
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TicketsPlz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Liability is limited to the amount of booking fees paid.
- Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TicketsPlz against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your event.
- Misrepresentation or unlawful activity.
16. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- Terms are breached.
- Fraud is suspected.
- Required by law or payment providers.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by English law.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
